This fall I am returning to school, and while I LOVE what I do, it takes TIME to keep up with new clients, emails, board presence, advertising and marketing... So I'm going to try something new that hopefully benefits me by saving time I could be using to study, but also benefits my clients by giving a select and special group discounts on tours and monthly packages.

SPECIAL NOTICES ON AVAILABILITY:Once school starts in August, I expect to only be scheduling one major city tour per month and rotating them among the following cities: NY, Chicago, Boston, DC, Phoenix, LA. I also expect to do one local tour per month to the following areas: Detroit, Cleveland, Cincinnati/Dayton. VIP members will get immediate notice and first chance at scheduling before my regular mailing list is notified, or any other advertisements are made. Also, if there are any unscheduled visits or last minute availability, my VIP group will be first to know if it. My hope is to eventually go totally UTR and only book through my VIP group.

I will still be available for outcall in the NW OH/SE MI area, as well as exclusive travel as my school schedule permits. Be sure to give me as much notice as possible (preferably a week or more) to schedule.

SPECIAL PRICING ONLY FOR VIP MEMBERS: In regards to discounts, I will have special pricing in ALL LOCATIONS for multiple hour rates and tour packages, plus I will have special rates for monthly package deals as well as pre-paying in advance for clients closer to home. There are many options to suit a variety of pricing structures and needs, and with VIP members, I'm open to negotiating win-win situations that benefit us both! (non-VIP members attempting to negotiate, expect to get deleted...) VIP members will also never be asked for a deposit* when scheduling...simplifying both of our lives in not having to chase any of that down.

EXCLUSIVE CONTENT & PRIVATE MEMBER'S ONLY BOARD: In addition to the discounts and special notices, I also will have a private member's only board that includes all of my tour and travel information, full details of discounts available to members at any time, and exclusive, personal content not found anywhere else.

And PARTIES?? Yes, most of you know I love throwing parties... I do hope that once things get rolling that I will be able to carve out some time for some exclusive get together's. Sometimes this might be an impromptu meeting for drinks or singing some karaoke, sometimes it might be a more private social gathering, and sometimes it might be a little crazier... :-o Any parties that I see myself having in the future will be VIP only events.

First off, you must be a previously seen client in good standing. What does this mean?? This means, you don't contact me saying you want to get together, then never write me back when I tell you my availability to follow up on if you are still interested, or if something else came up. This means, you haven't flaked on me when trying to get together without making it right. This means you respect my time, just as I respect yours. This also means you understand basic rules of discretion and safety.

My purpose in setting this up is to make my life simpler, and to do that, I want to reward those clients out there that really do keep up their end on communication and being mindful of others time, and also don't do anything to jeopardize my safety.

Beyond that, I am asking for a one time gift of a $50 gift card from the below list to join the VIP Club. Your membership is considered to be a lifetime membership as long as you follow simple rules of discretion and respect, and follow up appropriately if you have to cancel with me last minute. Considering the discounts that I am going to be offering, this one time gift will be made up in almost every instance on our first meeting. :-)

Effective August 2008: I will no longer be offering discounted multiple hour rates to clients from 2004 and prior in MI/OH unless you are a VIP member. Considering the other discounts and benefits of the group, I think you will find it to be a fair trade... ;-)~

*exceptions would be for exclusive travel where I have up front expenses, or if you cancelled with less then 72 hours notice, 25% of our agreement would be expected still as compensation to stay in the VIP Club, and therefore still receive complete discounts and benefits in the future.
